RETURNS

POLICY

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

ALL original tags MUST BE ATTACHED with the original tagging method. We cannot accept returns without original tags.

Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE. Any remaining balance cannot be carried over to another purchase. 

Unfortunately, Shipping fees are NOT refundable. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returns back to Fully Covered Still Fly Boutique.

RETURNS

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your package to process your store credit. You will be notified via email of the same, and be issued your store credit in the same email.

It is important to include invoice number and reason for returns for our tracking purposes. 

Please keep your tracking number for your return on hand. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier without a tracking number. A tracking number will help us help you locate your returned item(s).

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If for any reason you have received an item with a defect, please immediately contact us atccontact@fullycoveredstillfly.com and email us a brief description and photo of defected product(s).

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse or wear and tear are not considered faulty and cannot be returned. 

Any Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for returns and will be returned back to customer. 

Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains, or any other stains in general.

EXCHANGES

At the moment, exchanges are not automated. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return your original item(s) for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY and place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be exchanged or returned. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.


CANCELLATION

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed. Please review order thoroughly before processing.
